Our objective is to assists companies in their Continuous Improvement Strategies to optimize their organizations processes and products and processes based on Lean, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methods with our qualification measurements, guiding deployment initiatives and assisting in complex development project. We are a Team of consultants with over 20 years of experience teaching, leading and mentoring Lean, Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma projects.
